Return Policy
 

All  Sales are Final. Articles in brand-new condition may be accepted for  nonrefundable merchandise credit or exchange within 14 days, accompanied by  a sales receipt, if approved. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied.  A nonrefundable merchandise credit or exchange will be given to the purchaser, minus the minimum15% restocking fee. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center.  Any shipping fees associated with making these returns are the  responsibility of the customer. Any restocking fees are the responsibility  of the customer. All returns must be prepaid and sent via FED EX to our  returns facility.
Please call us at 800-548-2616 to inform us of the return and you will be  given a Return Authorization number.

Some  items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults  and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than  actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in  order to show the entire item.    

 
Ordering & Payment
 

Will I Be Charged Tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries within the state of Hawaii of 4.712%.  The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and  local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to  collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.

Can I add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?
Once an order is being processed we are no longer able to modify  your order.

Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
Once you have submitted your order, and during the processing  time frame, we are able to cancel your order.    

 
Processing Time & Delievery
 

Most  orders are processed and shipped within two to three business days.  
We ship  our merchandise through Federal Express, unless you instruct us  differently. Rush delivery is available for additional charges. Please  contact Customer Service for pricing and questions.
